One of the greatest benefits I find is the ability to forward calls to professionals who don't work in our office, however the caller still thinks we all work in one centralized location- keeping the professional image. I'm able to give each professional their own unique extension off the 800 number that they can easily administer online with their forwarding numbers and what e-mail address they would like to have their voice and fax messages delivered to.
