| When you join the program, your coach will ask you some tough questions, challenging you to think outside of the box. Specific goals and strategies will be developed based on your strengths that will allow you to reach them faster. We'll also work on identifying your weaknesses and learning how to compensate for them. You may be asked to start doing something new; to stop doing things that aren’t working or to change what you are currently doing in order to increase your success. Through your participation in the program you will become more productive and more efficient with your time and energy. You will learn to focus on your strengths and how to use them effectively. Your coach will help you design the road map, but it is up to you to follow the path created. Your coach knows that how much you achieve is directly related to the amount of effort you put into becoming successful, so your coach will be your champion and your motivator to keep going, especially when it seems hardest to get out of bed! The Agent Mastery Method is absolutely not a “cookie cutter” approach to coaching. The program was designed by recognizing each Agent has individual requirements and goals and is starting from a unique point in their career. In order to coach you to reach your maximum potential, your coach will first determine where you are now (your baseline), where you want to be, and what your paths to success are. You may have heard that insanity has been defined as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. This program identifies repetitive traits that are holding you back and helps you to break free from them, allowing you to remodel your time and energy toward achieving your goals. The Agent Mastery Method works by taking incremental steps, producing small, consistent actions taken over time. Each coaching session builds upon the previous one. It's like climbing to the top of a mountain by focusing on the next step, always with the ultimate goal in mind.
Clients frequently report feeling an immediate impact although the tangible benefits may not apparent for 6-12 months, as small changes compound to produce big results. What surprises most coaching clients, however, is how far they have come with so little effort at the end of a 12 month period. If you have ever stood atop a mountain (or hill) and looked back over your path to the top you'll have a sense for how this feels. The more committed you are to achieving your goals, the more you'll benefit by having your coach at your side and the faster the route to the top! |
