Tips on selecting a name:

1. Shorter names are best. They are easy to remember and easy to type.

2. Avoid plural word forms (e.g. book vs books). Plural forms can be easily truncated to the singular form and your visitors will end up at the wrong site.

3. Review close word forms to your preferred choice. (i.e. other forms that may be mistakenly entered). This avoids sending your visitors to unsavory sites.

4. Make sure similar sounding names do not belong to your competitors. You don't want to have your customers accidentally ending up at their sites.

5. Avoid dashes & underscore.

7. Consider a .biz or a .us extension to be able to use your preferred name.
